The AssureNet team is well known within the transportation and insurance industries for delivering services that reduce the frequency and severity of loss. In addition to pioneering work in 'black-box' technology the founders developed the first automated predictive analytics system for fatigue and other risk factors. The AssureNet founders have delivered immediate and significant results with major insurance underwriters and large fleets providing services that reduce risk and loss, and increase fleet and underwriter profitability.

Christopher Brogan, Chairman

Chris is also the founder and CEO of Media Addiction and was most recently founder and President of FleetRisk Advisors Inc., recently acquired by Qualcomm.Prior to FleetRisk Advisors, Chris founded telematics pioneer Safety Intelligence Systems, Inc., funded by Insurance Services Office, the leading provider of insurance data services. SIS, in cooperation with ISO and IBM, formed the first global vehicle crash data repository. Chris served as a Naval Aviator for eight years and received a B.S.E.E. from Manhattan College and continued his studies in Columbia University's Executive MBA Program.

Christopher Chappell, President & CEO

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in technology sales & marketing for early stage and Fortune 500 wireless service and software companies. He is a founder of Media Addiction and was Director of Sales for FleetRisk Advisors Inc. Chris Chappell has held senior roles in large public companies serving as Director of Sales and Distribution for Trimble Navigation; VP of Sales for Aether Systems and Director of Sales for Iridium North America.

Joseph Jesson, CTO

Joe is a pioneering force in the Internet-of-Things. He is also presently a Visiting Lecturer and Adjunct Electrical Engineering Professor at The College of New Jersey. Joe was co-founder and CTO of a new General Electric business unit, GE Asset Intelligence, when he received General Electric's prestigious Edison Award at GE Research & Development in New York. Joe has held Technical Management positions at Xact Technology, Amoco Oil R&D, BP Corporate and CNA as well as Engineering Positions at Motorola and MTS at the University of Chicago and Jones & Searle Research Labs.

Timothy Brogan, Vice President, Business Development

Tim has 20 years of wireless industry experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, Tim was Director at NorthCoast Communications, the wireless division of Cablevision sold to Verizon. At NorthCoast, Tim was responsible for rolling out CDMA service in Cleveland, Boston, and New York. Tim received a Bachelors of Science in Marketing with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College.

Jason Shiffer, Platform Architect/Chief Iconoclast

Jason has extensive experience in a variety of strategic and lead development roles including, most recently, at Mandiant where he was Architect and Lead Engineer for Mandiant Security Operations (MSO). He has also held other lead development roles including Principal Software Engineer at AOL, Senior Linux Kernel Developer at Signafor and CTO at Viator Networks.

Terry Scholl, Director, New Services and Client Satisfaction

Terry brings a 15 year background in sales, marketing and customer experience satisfaction, successfully introducing mobile event video and driver scoring technologies into new vertical markets while at pioneering companies, DriveCam (Lytx), inthinc and TransCore. Working with leading self-insured, captive member fleets and underwriters, Terry has been instrumental in various client facing roles. He has successfully implemented a number of fleet safety technology programs that combine driver feedback best practices for reducing loss and sustaining lowered risk. Terry holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Ken Geraghty, Co-founder and Strategic Advisor

Ken was most recently Executive Vice President and CFO of Insurance Services Office. Ken received a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia; a Masters of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from UC, Berkeley; and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining ISO, Ken held a number of strategic positions within the insurance industry and financial services industry including VP of M&A at American Express and Senior VP of The Boston Co.

Richard Johnson, Director

Rich is a Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of the digital entertainment company Qello, a multi-platform digital syndication service delivering the highest quality streaming HD concert film and entertainment content in the world. Rich leads all corporate and business development, and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Michael LaRocca, Director

Mike has been a technology leader in the highly complex and regulated healthcare information market as CEO of Ready Computing. Previously Mike held a variety of senior product development and management roles at InterSystems and has led development on a number of big data projects.
